Booking

Once you have chosen a week and route either fill in our Online inquiry form, e-mail or telephone to check and discuss your requirements with us. You can then print out the Booking Form, fill it in and send it to us with your deposit or payment.

 

You can pay by debit or credit card, bank transfer or cheque (all details on booking form).  Please note all NON UK card bookings incur a 2.5% surcharge.  There is also a small fee incurred for international money transfers

Booking Information

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

Full board accommodation, use of all facilities and VAT at current ratings.

 

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

Our prices do not include admission prices to local attractions, transport to/from the boats and car parking.

 

SUPPLEMENTS

There are no hidden extras and no supplements for single travelers occupying single cabins.  However, single occupancy of the twin/double are shown in the prices above.

 

DISCOUNTS

Guests who have traveled with us at any time will be eligible for a loyalty discount of 5% 

 

BOOKING

Normally, when you book, we require a deposit of £200 per person, but if you book less than eight weeks before the start of your chosen cruise, you must pay the full amount with your booking form. If you book less than 7 days ahead, please contact us for payment details.

 

CHILDREN, PETS & SMOKING

We cannot accommodate children under the age of 14 except on whole boat charters. We regret that no guest pets can be brought on board. Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the boats.
