Arrive from 4:00pm, where you'll be greeted with a warm festive welcome and complimentary drinks as you settle into your cabin.
A delicious evening meal will be served at 7:00pm, giving you the perfect start to your Christmas getaway.
If you arrive earlier in the day, you're welcome to explore the historic market town of Middlewich while we take care of your luggage.
Day 2 – Cruising Through Cheshire
Following a hearty breakfast, we cast off from Middlewich and navigate the Wardle Canal—the shortest canal in Britain—before joining the Middlewich Arm of the Shropshire Union Canal.
Sit back, relax, and enjoy a leisurely day's cruising through the beautiful Cheshire countryside.
Along the way we'll pass through two locks, offering plenty of opportunities to watch traditional canal boating in action while taking in the peaceful winter scenery.
Day 3 – 'Boat' Christmas Day in Nantwich
After breakfast, we continue our journey towards the charming market town of Nantwich.
Before arriving, we'll make a short detour onto the picturesque Llangollen Canal, allowing you to experience another beautiful stretch of waterway before winding the boat and returning to continue into Nantwich.
Once moored, you'll have time to wander through Nantwich's historic streets, browse its independent shops, or simply enjoy the festive atmosphere before returning aboard for a traditional Christmas dinner, freshly prepared and served in the comfort of Duke No3.
Day 4 – Farewell
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before it's time to say goodbye.

Following breakfast, we continue our cruise north along the Middlewich Arm of the Shropshire Union Canal, passing through two traditional locks before reaching the Wardle Canal—Britain's shortest canal.
From here we return to the historic market town of Middlewich, where you'll have time to explore its quaint streets and soak up the festive atmosphere before returning aboard to enjoy a traditional Christmas dinner, freshly prepared and served in the cosy surroundings of Duke No3.
